Neoliberalism, in new “disguise”, and the Third Way, or the New Social Democracy, are new formats for the capitalist mode of production. Due to this format and some other new ones which have shown up in the crisis, they are considered immutable. The new pedagogy of hegemony is the pedagogical mechanism that favors a conservative view on Environmental Education in the present socio-environmental crisis. This paper aims at briefly analyzing this “episode” and providing a critical view on the National Policies in Environmental Education, in a transformative concept of Environmental Education.Downloads
